Dallas, Cirque II

It is said by some of the contacts at Hanover Development that Cirque II is going to be built behind Cirque I. Posable start would be in the first quarter of July 2008 after construction is completed on Cirque I. The new tower is said to be completely separated form the current one under construction and that both towers would likely be joined by a park.

No, but if its a 40 story tower, i will be so excited because there needs to bee a taller mer elegant tower behind Cirque I to make it look allot better in my opinion

I seriously doubt a 40 story structure is what will be put there, but, I certainly wouldn't complain. . . ; )

Why not? Zoning must allow it as The Mandarin is scheduled to be 43 floors, so the Love Field restrictions don't apply. Just a matter of whether the demand for hi-rise apartments is there.

Nah, my comment wasn't even remotely about any possible height restrictions that may apply.

It was nothing more than simply an opinion quaging Hanover's past/current developments in the area over the last several years.

Of course, I'd be more than interested to see no. 2 go a bit taller - as I already said. And, it just may not be out of the realm of possiblity that it does go higher indeed.

Victory has a more relaxed height restriction because its at a lower elevation then UpTown, but planes still do fly near Victory on there Approach and take off. Ive been on a few Southwest night flights out of love and gotten a beautiful view of victory and the W at night.

Cirq II needs to be at least 10 floors taller then Cirq I with more detail to the top like a fancy spire to off set how boring the top of Cirq I is
