The Park Avenue side of the base is some sort of engineering witchery/marvel.... holding up all of that weight with as minimal column support as possible.

Really making an impact on the skyline

Was heading into the city via 3 yesterday and this one is really sticking out now. As they finish the glass the building is getting even more attention.

The density and height in midtown and near the park over the past 10 years is incredible.

Only in Manhattan would they be building supertall office buildings while the commercial real estate market is falling off a cliff. And it’s going up FAST. JPMorgan must really need this space.
