I follow a lady on twitter who is forever complaining about how the billionaire towers are ruining the view from Central Park. The irony is that her family designed many buildings in the area, and some people accuse those of ruining the areas they're in.

If everything could be tudor and deco and beaux arts it would be an amazingly beautiful sight from Central Park, but alas, the world is more chaotic than that.

^Yeah, her great grandfather designed many beautiful apartment buildings in the 20s and 30s, and his descendants went on to design many office buildings after WW2. Some of those office buildings were accused of many of the same sins she lays at the feet of the "billionaire towers".

[SCENE] 432 Park Avenue New York

Here is the one of the architectural work I have seen online which interests me a lot. The place location is at 432 Park Avenue New York and it is the second highest building in New York (425.5m).

It's different alright. They put the tower on 5th Avenue.

This Guy Dressed Up As 432 Park Avenue For Halloween

BY SIENNA FANTOZZI
NOV 1, 2018

Quote:
No matter how many epic Halloween costumes you saw yesterday, none can compare to this one. A guy in New York dressed up as a Park Avenue building, and the costume is so towering, we're shocked he was able to actually keep it upright. Just wait for this.

Andrew Littlefield, self proclaimed building nerd, decided to dress up as a New York city building for Halloween, and rather than choosing something totally iconic, like the Chrysler or Empire State Building, he opted for a more underrated structure: 432 Park Ave. "It’s one that I think people don’t appreciate enough," Littlefield told Curbed. According to Littlefield, because it's symmetrical all around, it was pretty easy to make out of cardboard, and the result was seriously impressive.

That's awesome! Nice to see I'm not the only one doing skyscraper cosplay. I personify mine a little more though, so the outfit is easier to move around in.
