It looks like – at 11:35 AM cam time – they are having some type of ceremony or really important meeting with the workers. I say ceremony, because I see tape And someone in a suit in the middle.

Maybe they’re on schedule and everyone standing there gets their Christmas bonus?

I work downtown often, so I see a lot.

Looks like they are raising the the cranes today.

Crane has been raised

From the view where I live, it looks like one of the cranes has been raised substantially!!! The crane is now a little taller than the old Frost tower.
Does anyone know for sure???

I was in San Antonio for Christmas. I detoured towards downtown from the NW side so I could take a look and yes, one of the cranes is quite a bit taller now than what it was a few months ago when I was there. Hoping to see more high rises going up in San Antonio in the near future.

I'm just quoting this because it's everything I would have said word for word. Came in for Christmas, stayed at my mom's house on the NW side. Went downtown for food and site seeing the downtown projects. Unfortunately I'm back in Phoenix today.

p.s. - Notice how the overlapping LEEs of the HOTEL ROBT. E. LEE signs resemble swastikas as well as the number 666? Coincidence?

They resemble more of the Greta than that of swastikas.

I am surprised they have yet to build the makeshift elevator for the workers. Then again...

They're making good progress on the Travis Street loading bay. It's been interesting to watch the pre-fab construction process. Does anyone know if the entire garage will be pre-fab?

They're starting to put up the framework for the windows on the ground floor. You can see it on the web cam.
