SPOTLIGHT ON....JEFF ROCHELLE

Vidorra co-developer Jeff Rochelle (DTMLS, LLC) has a passion for urban design and a vision to transform downtown San Antonio. Born in Austin, Texas and raised in Texarkana, Jeff earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law. He started practicing law in San Antonio with the former Foster Lewis Langley Gardner and Banack, then formed Jeff Rochelle PC in 1995 and began to move into the real estate field with a concentration in municipal, county, state and federal development entitlements and incentives.

Jeff was one of the principals in the development team that restored the Southern Pacific Depot (Sunset Station) and most of the buildings in the neighborhood. He is also a principal in the development of the new Staybridge Suites high rise hotel in St. Paul Square. Jeff's other business interests include being an active partner in a San Antonio-based general contracting firm and a franchisee partner in a fast casual national restaurant chain.

An active member in the San Antonio community, Jeff's past and present board memberships include the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, the San Antonio Botanical Society, the city of San Antonio Downtown Advisory Board, the St. Paul Square Association and the Center for Eastside Economic Revitalization. Married since 1990, Jeff and his wife Anne have 5 children.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Construction is on schedule, with much of the site demolition work underway. Our design and development team has been working through the permit process with the City. We expect to have an approved tower foundation permit in hand before the end of February. Demolition will continue into early February, excavation will begin shortly thereafter, and piers and foundation work will proceed in early March. You are welcome to stop by anytime to view the construction progress, but for your safety please stay outside the construction fence.

QUARTERLY HARD HAT LUNCHEON

GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY
Construction got underway December 15th with our groundbreaking ceremony! Our guests of honor included City Councilwoman District 2 Sheila McNeil, State Representative Ruth Jones McClendon and Bexar County Commissioner Tommy Adkisson. After enjoying a catered lunch and an opportunity to meet some of their new neighbors, everyone went to the site to "turn up the dirt" with gold shovels. Here are some of the pictures from that monumental day!

I'm excited about the new renderings, I mean, the building wasn't that bad to begin with.
