Is this still stalled due to the height issue, or was that resolved?

Pretty sure it got sent back for further study, not sure exactly what aspects are being reviewed though.

I'm sure there are plenty of people out there that browse through your flickr account and are much more jealous at all the places you travel to.

This is the company that did that video. They also did the East Village video too.

Went and checked out Avli on Atlantic in Inglewood today. The salesman said they are 40% sold. Also in two weeks is the city's final decision on the extra 7' which they are optimistic about. If it does not go through the public space at the front will be taken away and will be retail across the whole front.

40% already is pretty good. Hope the city approves the current height. The amount of infill activity surrounding the City Centre has gone up so much. The city should continue to enable and push for this kind of development as much as possible.

Awesome to see this approved. This is one of my favorite new projects for this city. If I were moving back to Calgary any time in the near future I would seriously consider this place. What an awesome street to have at your doorstep and once the whole NMC and their potential proposed music themed street goes down Atlantic (they should kill 9th and go back to that) the place will only get that much cooler.

Hoarding up around the site. Would like to see that other nearby proposal get going soon too. Inglewood has so much relatively untapped potential.

The hoarding is for the the above Inglewood development not the Avli. Avli is where Carstar is located and it is still in operation even though they have a demolition permit for the building. I am not sure what is taking Avli so long??

Oh is this rental? I assumed it was for Avli because hoarding is going up around the Avli sales centre as well. Either way, that little stretch is a major eyesore. Need this to get going.

Looks like Avli's close to getting started, hoarding's up. Same with the development to the west. As I said before Inglewood could really use this boost. Hopefully much more to come.

The site to the west has had hoarding up for months. I doubt it's gonna go through in this cycle now unfortunately. Hopefully I'm wrong. Here's hoping Avli gets started.
