387 parking spots seems excessive, although I'm guessing the residential requirement takes up all but 69 of those spaces. This place is ~1050 feet from the Logan Square Blue Line, so the usual 1:1 parking ratio is annoyingly high. It's too bad the p-street portion of Milwaukee in that area is only north of the square.
But other than that, this seems like a big improvement. It even seems like most of the second and third story street frontage in that rendering is human occupied space rather than garage, so if that's right at least they're handling all of that parking well. I wonder what it looks like from the other side or from above.
