Street view taken Sunday 4-23-06, 24th slab pouring, 6 more slabs then the 100' crown;
Why 6 more?? I thought each slab equalled 1 floor. Is't it only 27 floors?

It is 33 floors including the spire. The spire is going to be 6 floors.

It is 27 floors but there are 2 slab levels of mechanical penthouse and and a roof slab. The building has no spire but a 100' tall tapering crown caping off the top starting from the roof slab.

It already shadows the Buckhead Grand and Tower Place 100.

That's the parking deck for Terminus 100. This will also be the base for the first residential tower in the complex.

I'd be willing to bet that the overwhelming majority of the exterior work will be done by the end of the summer.

Remember though, this is the first of several towers in that development.

That's the non-traditional church that was mentioned a while back.

Snapped a couple of shots of the progress while driving by this weekend (may 20th). Unfortunatly could not stop to get better photos, so these were just shot out of the sunroof and window. But up close it kind of feels like Frost Bank in Austin (I think because of the color/texture/materials, see 3rd photo).

Interesting that you mention the Frost Bank in Austin since the same architects designed that building. I guess you already know that.
