I know it's sprawl. But at least there is some form of a grid, with walking paths in between. So you don't have to take the long circuitous route.

The front garage needs to go the way of the dodo. Go back to the grid and get rid of the damn retention ponds ffs. Also Vike had a post on social media about corner stores. Need more of those please.

This thread is about Transcona blvd and Peguis st. I assume you're referring to Chief Peguis trail, and yes there's a thread about it and I'm not sure the info on aurora is relevant to that thread either. The community is going ahead regardless of Chief Peguis trail extension. There are already houses under construction.
