Prairie 360 is also known for skipping on their employees paycheques... honestly amazed they are even able to remain in business. I've had friends who used to work there, that never got paid. For weeks on end.
It would just be better to turn it into a more affordable tourist trap, so Winnipeg can fill up the hotels a bit better. Of course, when Pallister is done roleplaying as a fascist... maybe there will be some more tourist investments?
