Great shots, Paul! These must be 8-10 stories from topping out, no?

^ I think they should be doing a ton of infrastructure projects right now. Let's repave the 405.

Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine, Pasadena, on Saturday, 4.18.20. It looks like it's nearly done. It's supposed to open this summer; don't know if it still will, in the middle of this COVID-19 mess.

^ One would hope it could open up temporarily as overflow for testing or beds during the crisis if needed.

I haven't seen any updates on Constellation Park in a while. Is it still under construction or does it seems to have been idled?

Went by there today. They are 3 maybe 4 floors away from topping off. Construction is going full force here as the ground floor restaurants are fully formed and it looks like a subway entrance at the corner has taken shape with beautiful glass rotunda.

Also, the Metro Purple line in Century City is going full speed as well. CC is a massive construction zone during the shutdown

Thanks, hughfb3.

I was actually talking about the one catty corner to that - the JMB Realty one. If you click on the link in my post, it shows the beginning of construction. It lists the address as 1950 Avenue of the Stars.

Any news on that project?

Construction moving along on Colorado 77, a condo complex that's supposed to contain---you guessed it---77 residential condo units, with ground-floor retail, at the southwest corner of Colorado Boulevard and Los Robles Avenue in Pasadena. I took this photo on Saturday, May 16, 2020.

It's supposed to be completed by the 2nd half of 2021.

Here's some renderings from Adept:

Here is another new apt tower almost complete

Don't know the name but it's on Curson between Wilshire Blvd and 6th St. It's right next to the La Brea Tarpits.

That one turned out really nice, and what views those west-facing units will have! As well as the north and east facing units. But those west-facing units will look out right over the park.
