Nice pic there Jack.

Are they going to have to raise the crane one more time? It looks to me like topout will be about the height of the crane right now. An admittedly non-expert eyeing of the situation.

The crane will definitely have to be raised again. The FAA permit stated the crane height would be 400 feet. It's no where near that height now. You can clearly see the Bank of America Plaza rising above it in that pic, and the crane will be 13 feet taller than it is.

Thanks Kevin. I do remember you mentioning the 400 foot permit, now that you bring it up.

This will put a burr in some saddles, but 400 feet would be a nice height for this building. Wish the building was going as high as the crane is, but it is a nice addition to that area as is.

It's not my picture, but yes, it is a nice shot.

The AT&T building just to its left is 310 feet to the top of the white box on its roof, so it will be essentially the same height... right about where the cab of the crane is now.

It’s incredible how much of an effect this building is already having on not just the overall look of the skyline, but the density. It’s feeling a nice gap in River North. Can’t wait for the future buildings in River North and Lower Broadway.

Does anyone have any information as to how this building might be lit at night?? Thought I saw an advertisement with the finished building with white lighting at night around the outline of the very top.

The webcam for this building is very frustrating. Does anyone have a new photo?

Thanks, Robert!

And they've changed the webcam view to basically the same as your last photo, but up a few floors.
