doubleaphotoalbum is my alter-ego on flickr. Nice to see some of the old home. Love the SaskPower building from the Hotel Saskatchewan.

I passed through Regina a couple of months ago and it just amazed me, it's like a miniature Calgary. There are about 190,000 people in the metro area of this city but it looks like there are at least 500,000 people, so how can such a small city look so big?

Oh wow, I'm glad I finally clicked on this thread. There's more to Regina than I was anticipating. I guess I sort of figured it wouldn't be much to look at, despite it being the capital of Saskatchewan, because Saskatoon seems to be the more prominent city in the province. But I was wrong. Regina looks to be holding its own quite well. Thanks for the pics!

Hmmmm that's odd because Saskatoon is only slightly larger by about 30,000 people. They are farily similar cities.
