So tell me, is it 17 floors or 20 floors? Title says both. Rendering suggests 20.
It is going to look a little odd to me, a smallish tower sandwiched between the Mark tower and WAM west tower, each nearly twice the height, that are under construction to either side of it.
Most definitely under construction. If you look under the WAM west tower photos, I posted May 10th, I watched them move the table forms to the next floor.
