Awesome updates DM! I was wondering what this one was looking like. Looks almost exactly like Brava/Encore. This would totally fit right into the Beltline.

Glenmore Gardens from the south side. It actually looks pretty sharp, though more vision glass and not just spandrel would have been nice too.

UofC Grad Res is up to the 5th floor now. Haven't checked the Undergrad res but its probably on the first or second. Taylor Institute is still on footings/first floor work.

In some respects this looks better than a lot of inner-city condos (really like that it has a curve)...I just wish it wasn't so spandrel heavy. I'm sure they are doing it to save money, but they are blocking some pretty great views for the tenants.

yup, lots of spandrel. You really notice it when looking at the building as a whole.
