Yes - it will probably be great in 3 years! I think the plan is to try and complete the EV in 10 or so years. What I really like is that it caters to such a wide range of demographics. My impression/understanding is that FIRST are smaller units aimed more at those in their 20s/30s, while Evolution is larger units aimed at those 40 plus. N3 seems like a great idea as well aimed at a younger/first time buyer market. I think there will also be some very high end projects by Fram and Embassy Bosa. I saw Riverhouse by Fram when I purchased my condo in the sales centre and it looked great. I was not sure if they were continuing with it as there is no marketing for it online (although it is quite a few years down the line).

Looks like the tower portion has had move-ins almost all the way to the top (top two floors I could not see any move-ins). Just the townhomes are yet to be completed.
