It adds to the urban environment they purchased their units to be a part of midtown living. I think it adds to their experience.

LOL, I'm sure you're referring to their view, but most gain an enhanced view and more urban feel.

For those that bought thinking their view would remain as was, they got their reward for being foolish!

Anybody have any idea why they're painting the north wall of the parking garage black? I wonder if they'll paint the entire parking pedestal like that or if there's any other reason for doing this.

I tried looking for a webcam for this building. I was left disappointed.
I don't particularly like this building. I guess I can look at it as a "filler".

Aqua's a great building

There hasnt been a webcam for this project. They've actually done a great job on it. It's size and stature are hard to judge from the pictures but it really is a great addition to 10th street. That corrider feels very urban and upscale. I go by and check it out every weekend. Once its finished, painted and moved in I think everyone will be pleasantly suprised.

Absolutely. The Domino's next door and the Checker's across the street (oh, and don't forget the Funeral home and gas station a block away!) are some of the finest in the country. Kind of gives off a Park Avenue feel, if you ask me.

Every time I frequent that Checkers, I'm reminded how swank it is. I feel really inadequate eating there, as if I don't belong. The BP across the street was usually good if you wanted to watch some street bike racing too, but only the upscale kind. Good times

Ok..ok..

Your right about the fast food parts....I didnt really take them into account. Its just to me pretty impressive minus those places. I enjoy driving around Plaza Midtown and Aqua and Georgia tech. It's come a very long way in last few years....

I agree with both sides. I think it is the Atlanta way (disease?). We sort of have corridoors, and the West Peachtree area from Tech Square North is really becoming quite nice. Just look straight ahead, don't look off to the side too much.
