But the sentiment is expressed nicely.
So here's my gripe about the garage. I realize that it's a garage and they're not going to put as much money into its construction materials as the tower. I think that's short-term thinking on their part because they probably want the public to have a good opinion of the choices they make as a business. For example, small business owners seeking a loan know the value of offering their customers quality and not just cheaper prices.
With that in mind, all they had to do was slap some glass over the exposed concrete portions of the exterior of the garage (the columns and outer beam facings). Then it would match the look of the building and the cost would be relatively minor, but the upgrade in aesthetics would be major.
