Not yet, when I was rubbernecking last week there were some white hats gathered around the cave-in discussing a plan for it. I think there is still some demo to do from the former structure as well. It’ll get fixed eventually but my guess is probably not until the footing works are done.

Large steel beams have also been delivered to site, there’s a small material laydown across the street.

So the beams that were stacked in the laydown have now been drilled and dropped into the ground as shown. Any idea what those are for? They seem unevenly placed as though they are temporary.

Look like they could be for excavation shoring. Wood beams will be cut and placed in between the webbing on the beams to create a wall.

Yeah that was my quiet guess, seeing as how the old remaining foundation walls have to come out next for the outside supporting wall to continue being formed/poured. Interesting stuff!

Alright so yes it was for a retaining wall, double excavators working all weekend to unearth the piles, looks like the foundation wall work is being set up to continue at a good pace.

Not a lot of visible changes in the past couple of weeks, but equipment is moving around the job site and there's a big pile of materials across the street. Lots of lumber.
