InSpire Observation Tower in Charlotte,NC

I feel that the InSpire Observation Tower that was proposed in Charlotte, NC in the early 1990's with an aquarium at the base should be built as it would become an iconic landmark and major tourist attraction for the city. People should go to city hall to convince the city to encourage the developers behind the proposal to have the tower built.
