I see the topics have been well covered already. But yes, many students are from asia. Live in their parents homes (which become rentals once uni is done) and drive their parents brand new vehicles. They'll straight up tell you if you ask.

The others live in apartments paid for by family. If international students can afford the high tuition, they can afford a 500 sq ft apartment. Also, sometimes there will be multiple people living in small spaces, which is fairly normal for people from asia.
