It looks like it will be very nice, the previous design was awkward, I like the version without resi better

Wonder what tenants are being targeted to fill the space at 1101 market

not for that much space. This will create a needed large block of space for a major tenant. There aren't many (or any) such spaces in CC right now. I suppose the old FMC space is a similar block.
