I got some really good news from Jenny Gerbasi, apparently the Property and Development Committee voted to designate the block as a Grade III Historic Building. They overturned the decision that was made at the Community committee and the decision will now go before council on January 24th!
This is good news, but it's still far from out of the clear. This decision should make our chances better and buys us a little time.
