Cool pics guys. 360's facade looks so good in those. Really looks nice. And man, Ofcourse, the skyline in your picture! Great angle. Just imagine the skyline from that angle with all the projects finished. Totally different skyline, even looks dense!

As stated in the other thread, that is an INCREDIBLE picture OfCourse! I've taken shots from up there, but not at the apex. The panorama is breathtaking

I really like this building, especially from the slim side.

Today. Heading south on I-35. Sitting in traffic after school.

Tuesday afternoon at 1715, slow traffic, heading north on MoPac to do a group project for school.

Cool! That Mopac view has changed so much in the last couple of years. That side of downtown, from that view, will be pretty much unrecognizable by 2010. That's the popular thing to say, but I mean just look at how many of the old buildings will be blocked from view.

Downtown is mostly obscured when driving southbound on Lamar. You get a glimpse of it as your approach Koenig, near the DPS headquarters. The best view occurs about 4 miles to the south between 24th and 15th streets (near Peace Park). Rounding a curve south of 24th street, the skyline suddenly appears, with 360 taking center stage from that vantage point. Here's a sample of that view:

Even superior to this view are those from northbound Lamar, between Ben White and W6th Streets. The skyline takes some interesting forms as you twist, turn and descend into the river valley, culminating with the view from the Town/Ladybird Lake bridge.

It seems they are working nights now. The crane was moving around until at least 10 last night. I imagine they're feeling the crunch to get the spire on before the party on the 13th.

They've been working late on it for at least a couple of months. At least doing concrete pours. I've been able to spot the floodlights atop the crane shining down on the building easily from South Austin usually from 9 until about 11 pm to 12 am as they do the pours. I'd walk home from my brother's place (drunk haha), and see it off in the distance. Looks strange, like a UFO or something hanging over downtown.

Just reposting the webcam for easy reference. The building should be topped out before the month is over.

Here are a few screen shots of 360's tower cam.

Photos are from OxBlue webcams

The roof is starting to take shape.

This one was of last night's sunset.

From this morning.

This is one of the better looking Novare towers going up in the country. The proportions and the vertical lines really make it soar.
