This one can be moved. The foundation has been poured and now the structural columns for the first level are being constructed.

These two projects in Houston can be moved to construction. Structural columns for the first level are now in place for both.

The title for this project should probably be revised - the floor count is now 19 floors according to all of the articles I've been seeing as of late. Likely since Dow took most of the space in the tower.

Could we have Concord Sky moved to the supertall thread? the Database indicates it as 300.5m, not 299m.

This is according to the CTBUH definition of building height, which differs from how Toronto does it's zoning. The Toronto Zoning height is 299m, thus the confusion. a full explanation is here:
