I love this building. Those cones are such a unique architectural feature to downtown...and there are three of them!

Those cones remind me of the ones in the botanical gardens. I have no idea if they inspired them or not, but I was instantly reminded of them when I first saw them.

I am wondering of those cones will be lit up at night.......
That would make a great statement to the night skyline......

Seeing as how they're rich people's apartments, I doubt it.

Maybe if they lit it up red and white to mimic the WOAI transmission tower... that could be cool.

I stand by my original comment that it looks like the Castilian got caught in the Cuisinart.

Thanks for the photo, Raul.

I like the lighter color. It reminds me a bit of the Marriott Rivercenter, which has always been a Texas favorite of mine.

107 Avenue A Parking is a great location right on the river across from the Tropicano. A tall building on that lot would appear behind the trees on the right side of Raul's photo. There are other available lots too.

That riverwalk lot belongs to First Baptist. Maybe now that they have the Tobin Center parking garage available for their use they'll be willing to sell or develop that lot.

Loving the curved glass on this baby....it's exceeded my expectations for sure. Here's to hoping the ground level street interaction is strong!
