Belleville is a nice small city with a great location on the Bay of Quinte.
What's the population now?

Just under 50,000 in the last census....up by about 6%.

Great pictures. Downtown looks a little sad right now... but give it a few years and I'd imagine it'll catch the downtown revitilization trend. The bay is beautiful.

The Quinte Resource Centre, 2nd floor, 41 Octavia St. Great views from there. Below are a few more shots.

Interesting juxtaposition of "lifestyle", what looks like some rust belt disease, and what looks like a cohesive downtown.
