americanskyscraper22, no MET 2 will be 647 ft. / 197 m & 46 stories. MET 3 is the one that's supposed to be 866 ft. but those plans are on hold until the economy improves.

Liat91 I haven't heard anything on MET Square as of late.

and the office tower officially topped out on August 27,2009 at 47 stories and 647 feet.

the building is a mall and is dead as it can be, there is a bus stop on the side. constructing a sksycraper with retail on the outside and the inside of the future building will be the best of. any investor will be helping them out and the city revenue... i don't know, I am a dreamer of big things. If I was a millionaire I will do it. Maybe this can happen in the future. They predict the next boom in miami will be offices
