Last night was such a spectacular sunset, I'm glad you got some of it. The clouds around the sun were amazing...it's too bad you couldn't pick up some of it!

^It's not quite so white in person, but definitely an improvement over the previous drawings.

Thank you for the nice comments on my drawing.

^ They are clouds. I love this building and wanted to showcase the reflectivity of the glass. On a partly cloudy day with the sun shining on the building, clouds reflect as white and gray; shadows are black and the sky is blue.

This (below) is what the effect looks like. I also wanted direct sunlight to create a more beautiful glowing illustration.

I see what you're getting at, it's just that I've never seen it look so white. While the glass is reflective it's still quite blue in person, regardless of conditions. Still an awesome job!

There's not much steel left to go. Less then it looks like, and it doesn't look like much.

Calgary has some of the best photographers on the forum.

The more I look at it, the more I agree with you and will try it again darker and bluer. Thank you for your help!

I've always believed that if the architechts/developers that design buildings and build these buildings were as talented as the forumers that do the photography of Calgary's skyline, Calgary would have the best looking high-rises in North America! IMO
