I expect this to be as dramatic as the forthcoming announcement in a few days which was sometime in October.

I saw a black Cavalier on the lot yesterday. Exciting times.

Found this post from June, 2010. I guess sales have been pretty slow over the last 4 1/2 years. How pissed off must those people be to have thousands of dollars tied up in deposits since then!!!!

Really don't see the point of posting an article that old... especially when they do actually have a valid permit right now. Whether or not they will actually start work is a completely different matter... but throwing the "expired permit" line out there like that is pretty odd at the moment...

Remember this famous quote:

'You know what, I'm sick of this, the project is not delayed'. :roll eyes:

I think the next milestone will be the permits expiring … again..

How long can this developer and Nassar in Saskatoon get away with holding up real-estate that is as important as this for as long as they have?

It's no different than the gas companies and their brownfield sites around town. Vic & Albert is just the latest brownfield that we now get to live with.

The thread should remain open as this is one of the only sites about cp , so investors can ask about getting there money back . It's pretty sad

Yeah... they're not going to monitor this site for that purpose... and good luck getting any money back. As long as they string things along, any money put in is tied up; they can string it along as long as they want to.
