Let them know we're watching

Apparently moving the port-o-potty might have been whats holding the process up.

I don't know how much truth there is to this but apparently it's easier for them to send a bucket up and down than it is for the operator to go up and down the cranes.

Makes sense. That's why I keep a bucket next to my desk all day.

I'm digging how many projects we have to watch and how they are all rising not at the same time. That way when evo tops, we watch lancaster, when that tops, 3001 market, then chestnut, fmc, comcast, slc ect.

Yep--now that they've gotten above the more complicated sloped garage floors. This should rise fairly quickly at this point (like Lancaster Square).

Views from this building will be great in all directions except to the east since there really aren't any other tall buildings in its immediate vicinity. I wonder how long before this projects above the building across the street.

I walked by this again today and each time I pass it I see more crazy cutouts and stick outs as they build up. It seems like it is going to have much more character than the renders showed.

Cheers,
G.

Hey all. I work across the street from 3601 and documented the property from parking lot to the fourth floor. I only stopped because the trees bloomed and blocked my view... But I'll still occasionally take a photo.

I just put them all up on Flickr in case you want to slowly watch the property transform.
