I'm not sure if anything new was released about River North, I think that it was just shown to the "public" and "media" for the first time, though we've already seen it for some time now.

satxgreen, a lot of what you are posting (in here as well as other threads) has already been covered. You're actually just reposting stuff I posted before.

Stevens Ranch kinda looks like the Forum in the way that it's shaped.... I still can't believe how much retail is going in all around SA

lol, you're right. 211 would be 35. Stevens Ranch is basically the same size as The Forum. Stevens Ranch being 1.1 million square feet and The Forum being 1.2 million square feet.

Here's a more detailed rendering of the master plan for Stevens Ranch. It's also posted on page one.

haha, That is interesting. I haven't been real up to date with SA's road system, but is 211 even built yet? And is it going to be a freeway?

211 is a road in far west SA, there are two segments of 211. One that runs from Highway 90 to Potranco Road. The second segment is further north and runs from Bandera Road to Culebra Road. There's a gap between the two which TXDot is trying to find funding for to fill. At the intersection or 211 and Potranco both Stevens Ranch and Redbird Ranch are being built.

Here's a link with more in depth information on 211.

Wow, I drove down Hildebrand Ave yesterday and when I got to Broadway I saw the Broadway site and because it's blocked off from view via the wooden fence (as seen in the picture) with The Broadway advertisement, I figured nothing was happening in there. Wow, I was mistaken they are getting down to business. I assume that they're digging for the underground parking.

Yes, I'd say they're definitely doing construction there. Great to see that it's moving along.

I still can't understand why the residents nearby protested The Broadway because it would look out of place! In those pictures you can see two mid rise buildings off Broadway and there's a 14 story condo building 100 feet east of The Broadway site. I always laughed when I read or heard someone say it didn't fit in that area. lol

By the way, does anyone have any information on what's planned for the gas station site across Hildebrand from The Broadway? Looks like the owners are cashing in on the development.
