I need to see them finished and how any frontage interacts with the street. Overall I like the slight curvature of CSP and the cool colours, but the bottom facade work on G melds quite well with the apartment beside it. Once I can walk in front of both it'll be obvious which was more effective.

The front of GOR looks fine and the brick is very nice. However, walk around back and what you see is stucco, small windows and cheap looking railings on the balconies. To me the balcony railings are a big detraction. They look like the DIY railings you get from home depot - and not the premium railings, they look like the cheap ass railings. They actually don't even look safe let alone what I would consider an adequate finishing for a condo at that price point. I hope something gets built on Broad and Vic fast to cover up the back side of what looks like an econo box.
CSP looks far nicer but haven't had that close of a look.

Yes the contrast is striking driving down Broad Street.
