Does anyone know much about his supposed partner Serhal Consultants? Have they done anything in the city?
Don't know anything about the guy beyond that it seems he works for Penfor according to his LinkedIn. I've attached some articles and websites referencing Serhal Consulting. Seems like they have no major footprint.
One detail from the renderings that makes a big difference is that they eliminated the cobrahead light standard that sits between 137 and 127 with a globe-style that matches the other ones on the street.
I hope they actually do this, if it's allowed. Not only is the existing lamp ugly and out of place, it sucks to be in an apartment next to one of those.
