City water utility was selling them at a subsidy when I got both of mine (they fit inside a Prius with the seat down, hatch fully closed!); they now say
they're out but will pay rebates - I think the eco/hippie store off South Congress sells some last I checked. Only a pretty big tree would affect the sewer line at all, and pretty unlikely even given a big one.
