E condos is turning put great. I was worried the white window wall would ruin it but you don't even notice it. It has a very modern look.

You do notice it, although....it depends on the lighting of the day. The white spandrel looks pretty obvious at times, but the rest of the tower is good. The podium is lacklustre though.

nice update dude. tough keeping up here, too much going on hard to really care about any specific projects unless its in your neighbourhood.

Thanks, yea, it is tough. I made a promise to check out River 3 condos to update that, but I'm pretty busy now. Might be able to....but yea, the amount of construction does limit oneself. Hell, I do want to go to North York, update that a bit.

I agree. My only issue is what the street level will look like....which at this time is a wall of glass on Yonge and Eglinton….but there is a bit of public space at the corner.

I really like E condo as well. Its a bit different that the generic Toronto Condo box.

1 Yorkville - 183 meters (on this list? I dunno? I think so... still)
