Seems to be exterior work / renovation happening - I thought this place was just changed from brown to grey. Anyone know what is happening? Has anyone tried the restaurant - Persis Grill?

The new restaurant is a higher end place to eat. Food is good but not your typical place like Darcy McGee or The Brew Table.
