UTSA is a full two blocks south of the bad area, you could go your entire college career without having to step foot in the areas I'm talking about. Since I assume you probably experienced this area only from your car, that SAC powerpoint that SAtown posted will fill you in on what that area is like on a daily basis.

Yeah. It's the urban equivalent of a tract housing/McMansion neighborhood. Cheap, over-sized and no attention to design.

The SA BizJ just announced that Weston Urban bought this 2-acre block from a New York City-based investment company that bought the property during a foreclosure auction last year. So it sounds like the original plans for Vitre Apartments fell through but you know Weston Urban will do something great here.

Then it should have been labeled site prep, not under construction.

SAN ANTONIO Vitré Apartments 4 FLOORS Under Construction

It is a pity, that now I can not express - it is very occupied. But I will return - I will necessarily write that I think on this question.

Alas, for when yon relishments are but a figment of the past, then the present is but amiss.

(You do realize you created an account just to write that sentence.)
