Hopefully something happens soon, but as of today, it's still quiet:

Awesome renderings. This tower looks greatly exaggerated though in that skyline rendering. It's actually around 75ft shorter than the Millennium tower, but that rendering males it look substantially taller even though they are about the same distance away.

Only minimal. Rincon Hill doesn't start until the other side of Folsom.

This recent rendering shows the building looking more correct at 575 in height. Also notice Salesforce Tower seems seems to be about twice the height of 400 Folsom.

anyone heard any updates on timing? I know permits were pulled, but I swing by every couple weeks or so, hoping to see something either here or on the adjacent block, which was supposed to have started in October

BTinSF lives!

(I know he does because he comments on Socketsite, and is more curmudgeony than ever, but I just thought it would be funny)

Testing Glass Panels

There were some workers inspecting a series of glass panels on the site today.

Some additional renderings we haven't seen:

Any signs of movement since the glass review above?

ha, I'll spare us another one, but there wasn't too much going on there when I walked by today. there were a couple vehicles and pieces of what looked like large-diameter sewer pipe sections on the parcel, but I got the impression it was linked to the PGE work going on next to the fortress of doom across the street.
