Another Mixed-Used project proposed for SoBro at 600 4th Ave South by Pinnacle Hosp Partners in Nashville ESA is the architect, and the project will be 24 stories and 288' with 284 apartments and 218 hotel keys. I suspect the apartments will be STR's.

Love the base of that hotel/apartment tower!

Giarratana Development is proposing a 17-story tower in Midtown on Elliston Place.

https://www.nashvillepost.com/busine...9b70abe78.html

The building will rise 17 floors and offer a combination of 356 apartment units and ground-level retail and restaurant space. Also included int he plans would be a 10K sq ft plaza, a five-level parking structure other than what is needed for the tower on and adjacent lot, and preservation of several nearby buildings.

The NBJ is also reporting that there are companies looking for a collective 858k sq ft of office space in Nashville.

As the multi-billion dollar expansion work at Nashville International Airport begins to draw to a close, new international routes are finally beginning to arrive on the scene. A few days ago Southwest announced a new route to Cabo San Lucas, as well as one to Punta Cana, DR.

Another new announcement is expected within the coming days. The winds suggest either Aer Lingus to Dublin or Condor to Frankfurt (perhaps both, who knows?)

That brings BNA's current meager but growing list of international flights POSSIBLY up to the following:

Aer Lingus: Dublin (?)

Air Canada: Toronto-Pearson, Montreal-Trudeau

American: Cancun

British Airways: London-Heathrow

Condor: Frankfurt (?)

Flair: Toronto-Pearson

Southwest: Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, Punta Cana

WestJet: Toronto-Pearson, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg

Two more projects have broken ground in the past week or so.

The first of a three-tower project at 1401 Church called the Motely. Image courtesy of Hastings architecture.

The second is Voce at 1719 Hayes St. Image Courtesy, The Preston Partnership.

Actually, there was a third and that is 1740 Division St. Image courtesy of LG Development and NORR architects.
