I think it’s going to be a great building.
My point is that when you look at a rendering of flat colors, it doesn’t do it justice. From the perspective of a pedestrian walking around, it will make almost no difference if the top half of the building is brick or brick-colored plaster. But when you look at the rendering, it’s from an impossible angle where you see the whole building at once.
Raul is a great photographer, and must be climbing on top of some building to get good pictures of the entirety of the tower. The real life view will be different.
