could the thread title be changed to "Theatre Park"? there is no tower in the name of this.

Thanks for the update! Really looking forward to this one. Also, the title states 50 floors - I believe it's 47 stories?

When the weather gets warmer this one should really take off given its small footprint.

The small floorplate will really help this go fast, but is there any room for a staging area? That might slow things down.

Looking at the renderings which is a three quarter view the building looks as if it has significant girth. But looking at it straight on like in Caltrane's photo above it is unbelievably skinny.

Thanks for all the updates today Dwils01!

So anxious for this one - I am sure it'll turn out to be a winner. Unlike other developers, I have faith in Lamb Developments that they will deliver a stellar product. I just wish it were 60 stories instead of 47
