^ Ha, London must be the Nimby capital of the world. Practically every new skyscraper goes to a public inquiry or gets a redesign/height reduction.

That is a shame. But the building still looks quite nice. Looking at the larger plan, I don't know if it would have worked so well in that part of London. It doesn't have that little bit of whimsical that seems to characterize The City's skyscrapers.
