The flag is all mixed up. totally red in a place that leans blue. The C eating the hat. The corel-draw lettering. Arby's. Plus it is just plain ugly and sad.

Could be worse. Could be Lethbridge's flag. almost nothing is worse than Lethbridge's flag. Except maybe Laval's flag.

I don't know. I think Calgary and Laval's flags transcend soul-sucking into just plain, glorious awful. It's kind of awesome in that sense.

Lethbridge's flag is soul sucking because it just means nothing. It is nothing to nobody.

I think London still has one of the nicest city flags in the country. It's one of the few that is neither soul sucking nor just plain bizarre.

I am totally fine with London's flag and logo. They did toy with changing it a few years ago (make-work for bullshit consultants, I reckon) but thankfully cooler heads prevailed.

Imaging if they used Anne-Marie de Cicco's beloved metal trees instead?

The storage units on the front of the building really add to the ambiance. There is a garage door on the other side to access it.

Is Milton still on track to be larger than Tokyo in 89 years?

Cash Casino and Century are dumps, especially inside. Cash Casino more so. Deerfoot is just fine. Its boring to look at I agree. I play at Deerfoot and Grey Eagle. The licencee for Cash should relocate from Blackfoot Tr. it to the large empty site at Deerfoot Meadows.

Place Desjardins (Quebec gov't) and Complexe Guy Favreau (Cdn gov't) have been duking it out for decades to find out who is the ugliest one of all at the corner of Jeanne-Mance and Rene-Levesque. During this time, they failed to notice that one far uglier was growing...not nearby, not on the island of Montreal, but a few kilometers to the North...

. I vividly recall how hard it was to find the Place Dejardins subway station from inside the shopping concourse.

You would be looking for the rest of your life. As the station in question is Place-des-arts.
