Earlier this month, crews poured the fifteenth floor at One Thousand Museum – the final level of townhouse residences.
Work is now underway on the typical floors that make up the remainder of the tower – meaning an accelerated pace of construction. Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete will be used to form the columns above the 15th floor.
Developer Gregg Covin tells TNM that there has been a lot of activity at the project lately, along with some “great sales”.
Top off is forecast for summer of 2017.
