Its interesting how NY based photographers like Field Condition and Tectonic recently flocked to Miami. Because they get it. 2nd most towers u/c in the U.S. next to NY. It's a sea of cranes and activity.

After the garage, lobby & amenity deck this should start to rise quickly. I count 15 floors up so far.

Photos Capture Sinuous Exoskeleton of Hadid's One Thousand Museum

Quote:
Gregg Covin and Louis Birdman of developer 1000 Biscayne Tower along with co-developer the Regalia Group are currently building one of Miami's most visually stunning highrises to date. Featuring a sinuous design by the late architect Zaha Hadid, the 83 units inside the 62-storey One Thousand Museum will offer luxurious living areas and coveted views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Fifteenth Floor Poured At One Thousand Museum; Construction To Accelerate

By TNM Staff on July 21, 2016

Earlier this month, crews poured the fifteenth floor at One Thousand Museum – the final level of townhouse residences.

Work is now underway on the typical floors that make up the remainder of the tower – meaning an accelerated pace of construction. Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete will be used to form the columns above the 15th floor.

Developer Gregg Covin tells TNM that there has been a lot of activity at the project lately, along with some “great sales”.

Top off is forecast for summer of 2017.

This is amazing! Zaha works so well in Miami. Those neighboring buildings look great as well.
