Looks like the crane is visible from the Frost cam northeast view.

Does anyone know if a second crane will be added? Most buildings this big (not much smaller than the frost) need at least two.

FAA permit for the tower crane showing the height at 400 feet. This will be the height of the crane once the building is topped out.

FAA permit for the building itself. This says 315 feet and 21 floors, but I would go with the building elevation numbers.

The website now states that 37 out of 58 condominiums have been pre-sold. Interesting.

What was the number they had previously listed? Curious.

(per a link that Restless 1 gave in post #110)

Sales office opened in May 2017.
Sales by January 2018: 40%

So, an additional 24% since then. I don't know if 2/3 sold by this stage of completion is on target, fast, or slow.

Well, I say it's okay considering the project will not be ready until about 2020 spring. Also, this is definitely much better than theresidence at the Hyatt.

According to a new Business Journal article the developer wishes they would have added more condos due to the successful start of this project.

^^ Thanks for the photo update. Clearly it will block some of the view of downtown from the El Tropicano. How much though?

Minimal in my opinion. Most of the views from the street face of the hotel (Lexington) were already blocked by the Tobin Center across the river. They WILL, however, lose most of their current oblique view of the riverwalk. (The riverwalk side of the hotel won't be affected)

Another floor or two on the northwest end and this should start becoming visible on the Frost cam.
