The last article I read in the papers on this one, a few days ago, still mentioned 38 floors.

We have height confirmation from an official city document: Le projet est un complexe immobilier mixte a forte dominance résidentielle composé de

So, 39 storeys and 146 m. for the first tower and 27 storeys and 107 m. for the second tower.

The 146m tower is residential right? That's 3.75m per floor. Maybe the basiliaire is skewing the numbers.

But this is great news, a tower almost the height of Desjardins right smack in the middle of downtown. Good stuff.

Great news indeed. The height is a positive surprise.

It's only 21m short of Tour des Canadiens! The difference will be subtle from certain angles.

It will be interesting, the corner of de la montagne and Rene-Levesque will be the city' most impressive skyscraper intersection (if you can call it that), and certainly one of the country's also.

Not sure on that one...I'll reserve judgement till they're all built. Rene-Levesque & University is pretty cool too. PVM has a certain...je ne sais quoi that appeals to me

Thanks for reminding us how badly this site needs the Icone towers. Construction by this summer for sure!

I went to the sales office. The guy told me it'll be U/C in early may. There was also a screen with a 3D map of Montreal centered on Icone. Had fun looking around with the thing. It'll tower gracefully when viewed from Crescent, Bishop and Drummond.
