They just painted it beige with some coloured strips. There was still rope up on the building so it might still be a work in progress.

Yeah, those camps in Ft. Mac are like prisons. This North Van building is a nicer prison.

mmmmmm yes! I especially like those smart black utilitarian prison-style metal railings. There should be more buildings like this around town.

Agreed Anchor looks good. I see quite a few "stately-looking" condos similar to this popping up in Victoria as well.

Sounds like Spring 2017 will see work underway in the lot across from Lonsdale Quay. There's a popup restaurant in the old Starbucks building until Spring 2017:

Is it the entire block? From google maps there seems to be a big transformer station there, is that part of it?
