SAN ANTONIO │ Bright Shawl Development │ 5 FLOORS │ Proposed

This goes to HDRC on the 19th. Five floors with ground floor retail.

Not groundbreaking, but aesthetically classic... and retail.

If this gets started soon, it could be in Frost's northeast webcam.

More infill and density.

I strongly wish that HEB would consider a second "SoFlo"-like store for the River North/Tobin Hill/Pearl/Lower Broadway residents. The residential density in that area is blowing up and there isn't a store nearby that the residents can reach by foot in 10 minutes or less.

IIRC HEB owns a parking lot near the gay strip.

HDRC gave final approval to this a few minutes ago with a stipulation that they work on garage screening.

Bright Shawl has been demolished. Only thing that remains are the historical structures and it appears they are going to move them.
