Very sleek looking tower. I might have a chance to go to Beirut when I'm in Riyadh next summer.

It really does, I cant wait until they start with the facade as it will contain very unique and shiny materials.

Shocked! Actually a Bofill building that I actually really like.

Is this a new tallest for Lebanon?

^^ No it is the second tallest (the tallest being the recently completed Marina Tower), but in a couple years they will all be surpassed by the Landmark Tower and Icon tower.

Good to see this kind of development in an area of the middle east that is often quite unstable. Now that Syria is out of the way, maybe Lebanon can take the lead as a pillar of stability...

I dunno that's probably saying too much, but I definitely like this tower and am glad to see that Lebanon too has its share of this global boom...

This is very impressive. Beirut is certainly not a city you see on this website every day, and when you hear a Middle-Eastern city, you think Middle-Eastern TACK (ex: certain Dubai projects). This is refreshingly clean-cut and stylish, but at the same time, it wouldn't look as good anywhere else.

I have high hopes for Beirut, Tel Aviv, etc. Let's just get all the religious conflict and terrorists out, and maybe in 50 years (), we will have something to talk about. This is a start.

Beautiful. Almost has a "Miami" feel to it. Really like the plaza too. Why can't Dubai do more elegantly restrained designs like this?

It's interesting that you mention that, since most of the major projects started getting approved after we kicked Syria out. They were holding us back...but unfortunately Syria is still not recognizing our independence and trying to cause instability.
